A brief is counted as completed when the AI finishes collecting all the information from a client. In-progress chats do not count. For a team, every member's completed briefs count against the same shared monthly allowance.
The AI asks again — for example if a budget can't be squared with the scope the client just described, or an answer like "whatever works" gives nothing to plan from. This is capped at 2 follow-ups per question and 6 per brief, so a client is never stuck answering the same thing over and over. If they still don't know, that's recorded as a real answer and shown in the brief as undecided, not left blank.
BriefAI supports English, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, German, and French. Clients choose their preferred language at the start of each session — no setup required.
Payments are processed securely via Creem. You can upgrade directly from your account. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.
Yes — you can upgrade a solo plan or a team plan at any time from your dashboard, and your data is always preserved. To move a team down to a lower tier, contact support.
New briefs are refused until the next billing period starts. Nothing else is affected — the team, its members, its templates and every brief already collected stay exactly as they are.
Cancelling stops future billing. Your organization, its members and every brief you've collected remain in your dashboard — only starting new briefs is blocked, and only once the period you already paid for has ended.
Adding seats beyond a plan's allowance isn't self-serve yet — contact support and we'll set it up on your account.
