30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a Pro or Max plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Coverage by Plan

Free Plan

No charges — no refund policy applicable. You can use the free plan indefinitely at no cost.

Pro Plan ($12/month)

Full refund available within 30 days of the initial purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless requested within 7 days of the renewal date.

Max Plan ($29/month)

Full refund available within 30 days of the initial purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless requested within 7 days of the renewal date.

3. How to Request a Refund

    Include the email address associated with your BriefAI account

    Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

    We will process your refund within 5–10 business days and confirm via email

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase

  • The Free plan is free — no charges, no refunds needed

  • Partial refunds are not issued for unused days within a billing period

  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days). Paddle may also have its own buyer protection policies — see paddle.com for details.
